Chelsea is a talented designer and artist, extremely organized, meticulous, and understanding. She has been the best manager I’ve ever had by encouraging me to do my best and helping me when I need it, even when her plate is full. If you’re looking for an ideal manager, she checks all the boxes. She pushed me to become a better designer and made me feel comfortable being honest if something was going on outside of work.
