I designed the IPH Careers page to streamline and clarify the job search experience within a complex corporate structure. As IPH is composed of multiple subsidiary companies, each with its own application process, it was critical to create a user experience that was both intuitive and informative. I developed a clean, modular layout that enables users to easily navigate to the relevant company and understand the application process. Clear hierarchy, consistent design elements, and thoughtful content structure ensure that the page remains visually cohesive while accommodating the unique needs of each hiring brand.

In addition to the careers page, I created a branded email template for our HR and People team to use for internal communications. The design reflects IPH’s brand standards while remaining flexible enough for a range of announcements, from job openings to wellness initiatives. Built with usability in mind, the template ensures consistency across departments and makes it easy for non-designers to update and reuse with minimal effort.
